We setup the automated emails and text messages in advance, so you don’t have to. You can also direct customers directly to your Feedback Landing Page throughout your business and on marketing material (we can help with that too!).

Customers Are Asked To Post a Review
By default, we include links to your Google, Yelp and Facebook Pages. At your request, we can direct them to other preferred review sites. We can currently connect our clients to over 40+ online review sites in a variety industries.
Customers Are Asked What Went Wrong
You get an email with the details your customer submitted…and No Worries! These customers are NOT prompted to leave a review. This gives YOU the opportunity to make things right BEFORE they ever post a review (so act fast on these).
